KABBALAH 99 REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

Overview

Our refund and exchange policy covers all purchases from Kabbalah 99. A 10% handling fee will be applied to all refunds.

Private Sessions:

Once the private session has occurred, it is not refundable or exchangeable. Prior to the start date, sessions can be exchanged for a similar priced offer, or credited to a higher priced offer. Sessions can reschedule one time. Refunds must be requested a week prior to the initially scheduled date.

Workshops:

Once the workshop has begun, it is not refundable or exchangeable. Prior to the start date, workshops can be exchanged for a similar priced offer, or credited to a higher priced offer. Refunds must be requested a week prior to the start date.

Retreats:

Once the retreat has begun, it is not refundable or exchangeable. Prior to the start date, retreats can be exchanged for a similar priced offer, or credited to a higher priced offer. Refunds must be requested a week prior to the start date.

To complete your refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Requests for refunds can be made by email or by phone. Once your request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

Requests for exchanges can be made by email or by phone. Once your request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and an email confirming that your exchange has been made will be emailed to you along with the necessary details about your exchange.
